Lönnbergs Måleri Wins Framework Agreement with Kungsör Municipality – Strengthens Its Local Presence

Layer Group’s subsidiary, Lönnbergs Måleri in Eskilstuna, has signed a framework agreement with Kungsör Municipality – a strategically important assignment that includes painting work for both the municipality’s own properties and the municipal housing company’s portfolio. The agreement came into effect on June 1.

“It feels both exciting and important. We’ve participated in previous tenders in Kungsör and have placed second and third, so we know the municipality well. Now that we’ve finally come out on top, it feels extra rewarding. It truly feels great that we’ve gotten started,” says Maria Blomkvist, CEO of Lönnbergs Måleri.

The agreement includes traditional painting services, both interior and exterior, in properties such as schools, preschools, care homes, and rental apartments. As Kungsör is located close to Lönnbergs’ office in Eskilstuna, the conditions for an efficient and close collaboration are favorable.

-We had the opportunity for a quick start and have held meetings with both the municipality and the housing company to go over staffing and work planning. We are ready for our long-term collaboration,” says Maria.
